General
What areas do you serve?
We serve service areas across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao — see our Service Areas page for the full list of cities. If your project site isn’t listed, get in touch and we’ll let you know if we can reach it.
How do I get a quote?
Fill out the form on our Get a Quote page, or reach us directly by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, or Messenger. We’ll get back to you with pricing and availability for your equipment and location.
Equipment & Operators
Is an operator included with the rental?
Yes. Every equipment rental includes one qualified operator for up to 8 hours a day. If the job requires an overnight stay away from base, the operator’s meals and accommodation are for the client’s account.
Can I operate the equipment myself?
No — for safety and liability reasons, our equipment is operated solely by the operator we provide. Operation by anyone else isn’t permitted under our standard rental terms.
Do I need to provide fuel?
Fuel is billed separately from the rental rate. We handle fueling on-site on your behalf (sourced from Petron, Shell, or Caltex) and pass through the actual cost with receipts — no markup. Any unused fuel advance is refunded, and any extra consumption is billed after the job.
Delivery & Site Visits
How long does delivery take?
Typically within 5 working days of a signed rental agreement and confirmed payment, depending on unit availability and road/weather conditions.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes — mobilization and demobilization (transporting the equipment to and from your site) is a one-time charge based on distance, included in your quote.
Do you require a site visit before delivery?
For equipment like excavators, yes — we conduct a site visit beforehand to check accessibility and site safety. Site visit fees start at PHP 1,500 and may vary with distance and site conditions.
Billing & Payment
How is a rental day calculated?
One rental day equals 8 hours. If the equipment is used at all during the day, it’s billed as a full day; if it’s on standby the whole day unused, it’s billed at 50%. No charge applies for days the equipment is down for maintenance or repair.
What if I need the equipment for longer hours in a day?
Operation beyond 8 hours in a day counts as overtime and requires our prior approval before it’s carried out.
When is payment due?
Full payment is required upon signing the rental agreement, covering the rental period, mobilization/demobilization, and estimated fuel cost. Any extra days, approved overtime, or excess fuel use are billed after the job based on verified daily time records.
Responsibilities & Safety
Who handles permits for the job site?
The client is responsible for securing any permits, clearances, and coordination with local authorities (barangay, LGU, PNP, etc.) needed for the equipment’s operation at the site.
Who’s responsible for the equipment while it’s on site?
The client provides a safe, accessible work area and reasonable security against theft or damage. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or unauthorized operation is charged at actual repair cost.
Cancellations & Delays
What if a typhoon or other emergency delays the job?
Neither party is held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control — typhoons, flooding, earthquakes, and similar. The rental period is paused, not cancelled, and resumes once the site is clear.
